State.
ACT, SAT, CLEP, AP Credit, and Placement Testing
The placement tests are used to determine which classes students should be placed into. However, students who submit ACT and/or SAT scores may be exempt from taking all or some of the tests. Does my son/daughter need the placement test?
Attending Another College? -Transient/Guest Students
Students attending a four-year college can still cut college costs at Columbus State, by attending as a transient/guest student. Whether they are attending a local school and picking up extra courses along the way, or attending while they are home for summer break, our low tuition can help them keep moving forward without setting you back financially. Plus, our transfer agreements with colleges across the state means their classes will transfer seamlessly back to their home school.
