My name is Mark A. Fegley, I’m an Admissions Rep Recruiter and I am very happy to assist prospective students begin their admissions and financial aid processes at Columbus State Community College. My territories include Delaware, Dublin, Olentangy and Marysville high schools. I feel a connection with my territory because I grew up in Delaware County, before attending high school in London, England. I have both a Masters in Higher Education and a Doctoral degree in Workforce Development Education from the Ohio State University.
I can familiarize you with Columbus State’s admissions policies, academic programs, financial aid procedures, discuss career outcomes and supply you with plenty of useful information.
No matter if you are a high school student, a military veteran, a displaced worker or just looking to change your career, Columbus State is an amazing place to start your academic journey. Through collaboration between Columbus State Community College and Syntero, Inc., Counseling Services is available at the Delaware campus. Students can access Counseling Services for a safe and confidential environment to explore personal concerns; efforts to increase life balance as established through satisfying relationships, improving academic performance, setting personal goals, gaining self-awareness and making effective and satisfying life choices. Our trained licensed mental health professional is able to provide you with help working through an array of mental health and substance abuse issues.

At the Learning Center, the IT Frontliners can assist students, faculty, and staff
with software use, wireless setup, printing, Blackboard, Self-Service, login issues,
classroom technology, and study room reservations.

The library on the Delaware campus is offering a combination of in-person and virtual services.
Monday - Thursday: In-person 8:15 am - 4:45 pm
Friday: Virtual Only 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

At the Learning Center, librarians can help you with research, searching databases, evaluating and citing sources, and borrowing books from the Columbus Campus Library or OhioLINK. Faculty members can have librarians give library instruction to their classes or place items on closed reserve.
Reference books, select course textbooks, graphing calculators, and two study rooms are available for 2-hour checkout with photo ID.
The library partnership with the Delaware County District Library (DCDL), gives you access to a collection of DCDL books and DVDs. Don't have a DCDL library card? No problem! You can get a DCDL card at the Learning Center (with a photo ID).
A book dropbox is available outside of Moeller Hall for returning your books.
Accessibility Services
At this time, Accessibility Services staff is available to assist students and instructors in person and by phone or email. Students are still able to submit documentation and register for accommodations for current and future semesters. Testing Services
The Delaware Campus Testing Center provides a proctored testing environment in Moeller Hall, room 157. 740-203-8390. delawaretestingctr@cscc.edu.
