Current Students...Attending CSCC While At Another College

Many students take courses at Columbus State while continuing to attend
another college. We may call them "transient students," but we treat
them just like full-time students.
Many students take classes at Columbus State when
they're home for the summer. Others come here because of the small class
sizes, or because they got closed out of an important class at their
regular school. Once you take one class at Columbus State, we're betting
you'll be back for more!
Step One: Apply to the College
If you already know what classes you want, proceed directly to the
online application. As a transient student, orientation is strongly
encouraged but not mandatory.
Step Two: Get your Transcript
Obtain this from your high school and any other colleges you may have
attended. Your transcript will allow our Advising and Counseling
department to help you choose your classes.
Step Three: Visit Advising and Counseling
Our
Advising and Counseling Department will help you find your first
class.
