Application for the Traditional Track (The application period is not open)

• Have you completed the prerequisites?
• It is highly recommended that you meet with an academic counselor in the Advising and Counseling Office by calling 287-2668. 
• Applications will be available online in January for the Traditional Track.
• Apply only if you have met all admission criteria.
• New admission criteria will be in effect. Please see Admission Requirements.

Application for the Online Program Track (The application period is not open )

• The application will be available here during November and December each year.
• This is a Blended Program. Theory is online.  Attendance at campus labs and clinicals is required.
• Apply only if you have a Bachelor’s Degree and have finished all prerequisites.
• Fill out the online application on the Nursing Home Page.

Application for Admission when Applicant is an LPN (The application period is not open)
 

• Application will be in May 12, 2009. A limited number of applications will be available.
• Must have a current LPN license in Ohio
• Make sure you review the information before you apply.

Applying for Transfer from an RN Program
 

• Must have credit for NURS clinical courses within the last year.
• Grade average must be greater than 2.6. Your Nurse Entrance Test (NET) score in Math and Reading must be 64 or higher.
