Application for the Traditional Track (The application period is not open)

• It is highly recommended that you meet with an academic counselor in the Advising and Counseling Office by calling 287-2668. 
• Applications will be available online in January forand July.
• Apply only if you have met all admission criteria.
• New admission criteria will be in effect. Please see Admission Requirements.

Application for the Online Program Track (The application period is not open )

• The application period for the Online Track will open at 9 A.M. on September 16, 2009 and remain open until October 16, 2009, at 3 P.M.
• Applications will be considered for the Spring 2010 and Autumn 2010 Online Track classes.
• This is a Blended Program. Theory is online.  Attendance at campus labs and clinicals is required.
• Apply only if you have a Bachelor’s Degree and have finished all prerequisites.
• The application period will reopen at 9 AM on December 16, 2009 and remain open until 3 PM on December 18, 2009 for applications to Autumn 2010

• Must have a current LPN license in Ohio
• Make sure you review the information before you apply.
• Pre-requisites and concurrents must be met and on file.
