 We Offer Associate Degree and Certificate Options
This two-year degree qualifies students to take the
Ohio State Medical Board’s examination in Massage Therapy. The two-year
program also gives students a good understanding of disorders in the
human body, anatomy and how to run a small business. Because it is a
for-credit program, students may qualify for federal financial aid. Certificate The massage therapy certificate program is designed
for those who already have a bachelor’s degree in another field, and can
usually be completed in a year. The certificate qualifies students to
take the Ohio State Medical Board’s examination in Massage Therapy. The
program also gives students a good understanding of disorders in the
human body, human anatomy and how to run a small business. Because it is
a for-credit program, students may qualify for federal financial aid. Advanced Coursework The Massage Therapy Program at Columbus State Community College offers advanced course work in the following areas to all current students who have completed the prerequisite courses, alumni, and licensed massage therapist in the state of Ohio:
Student Handbook The Massage Therapy Student Handbook contains basic information and policies used in the classroom, campus laboratories, and in a clinical setting. It is intended for all students in the Massage Therapy program.
