Student Engagement & Leadership
Student Engagement and Leadership (SEaL) coordinates programs and leadership opportunities for students to grow and become involved during their time at CSCC! Currently SEaL offers wellness, social, community service, leadership and educational programs to students at the Delaware and Columbus campuses of CSCC. From Weeks of Welcome to Halloweek to Stressbusters to Spring Fling to Zumba, there is an activity for every student to get involved. SEaL also advises 40 student clubs and/or organizations on campus; to start a new club, please visit Nestor Hall 116. SEaL encourages students to get involved and SEaL their success!

The Collegiate Leadership Conference of Ohio (CLCO) is held each November at Columbus State Community College. The annual conference is hosted by Student Engagement and Leadership and the Student Ambassador Leadership Program. CLCO's objective is to reach out to college students across Ohio and teach them leadership skills that can be used in their daily lives and in their future jobs. It is a way to network with other college students who are just as passionate about leadership as a way of life. This year's conference, "A Leader's Legacy: Making History Every Day" will engage students through workshops (including a special track for "First Generation" college students), keynote speakers and community service projects.
To learn more about CLCO, visit the Leadership Opportunities page.
This year's conference will be on November 8 & 9, 2013!
