Cougar Thrive Fitness Classes
Spring Semester 2024 Class Schedule
Cougar Thrive Classes are free drop-in style fitness classes offered to all students,
faculty, and staff. No need to register beforehand, but please sign-in when you come
to class!
All classes begin Week 2 of the semester and end Week 15. No classes during spring
break or finals week.
Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a full body workout! This 45-minute class includes a warm up,
skill work, and a cool down.

Conditioning for Self Defense
High intensity conditioning for total body strength and cardiovascular health.
Tuesday - 11:00am (DE 158)
Stretch and Roll
Take 30 minutes for you and your muscles! Learn how to properly use a foam roller
to help your muscles recover!

Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a smooth transition between asanas style of modern yoga that are based
on flow of movements paired with breath. Restorative movements and meditation modalities
are incorporated into each class format.
Wednesday - 11:00am (DE 158)
Cougar 5k Conditioning
Full body conditioning for runners! Participants are encouraged to join the Cougar
Challenge 5k on May 4th.
