What is a bystander?
A bystander is a person who observes a conflict or unacceptable behavior that may
escalate into a crime. An active bystander takes steps that can make a difference
while maintaining their own safety.
If you witness something that seems unsafe, SAY SOMETHING!
Bystanders are welcome to access Victim Advocacy supports!
