- Call: Call us at 614-287-5353 during business hours to have a conversation about your circumstances and questions.
- Email: Email us at finaid@cscc.edu Please email from your @student.cscc.edu email address, and include your Cougar
ID number. Our team will work to get back to you within two business days, but during
peak periods responses may take up to five business days.
- Our primary means of communication concerning the status of your financial aid will be through your Financial Aid Self-Service account and email communications are sent to your @student.cscc.edu email address.
