Employee Resource Groups

All Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Columbus State Community College are open to all employees. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a connection and alignment with the College and the great community we serve. Our ERGs allow participants to connect with other employees who share similar interests, common bonds, or backgrounds.
