Conference & Event Services
Planning an event at Columbus State Community College is even easier with the assistance
of the Conference & Event Services Staff (CES). Simply fill out the CES Internal Reservation
Form and we will assist you in planning the details, such as appropriate space, audio
visual, and catering. Our services include providing a timeline of when & what information
is needed, menu planning to fit any budget, optimal room set options and diagrams,
audio visual technician to advise you on how to enhance your event or presentation,
and a Business Center.
How to Plan Your Event
Step 1
Must have budget available in the appropriate account for cost associated with the
event.
Step 2
Complete and submit the Conference and Event Services Internal Reservation Form.

Step 3
Receive your confirmation email and introduction from your Conference and Event Services
Event Coordinator.
Step 4
Review, sign, and return the Internal Terms & Conditions document to your Event Coordinator.
