2023 year-end holiday time entry and approval dates

With Winter Break approaching, some dates for time entry by employees, and approval by supervisors, are earlier than usual. (As a reminder, use the current version of the Substitute Pay form and the Pay Action form.)

Pay period ending Saturday, Dec. 30 for pay date Friday, Jan. 12, 2024

• Time entry (through Dec. 21) and submission of scheduled hours for employees (from Dec. 22 through Dec. 30) is due Friday, Dec. 22 at noon.
• Time approval for supervisors is due Friday, Dec. 22 at close of business.
