High school students participate in STEM Summer Camps

Above, five of the roughly 100 high area school students attending the Explore Your Future Summer Camps on the Columbus Campus in June.

In June, approximately 100 local high school students participated in the Explore Your Future Summer Camps.The weeklong camps included Engineering Basics, Additive Manufacturing, Robotics, and GenCyber. Columbus State faculty and local high school teachers taught engaging lessons with hands-on technology, presented industry professionals, and educated students about pathways to these in-demand career fields. These camps were funded by the National Science Foundation and National Security Agency.
