Weekly workout classes

The Department of College Recreation and Wellness (CRW) is now offering a new workout program, Cougar Thrive Fitness. For one low cost, you will be able to access a variety of class options each day. Additional classes may be added later this semester.

Cougar Thrive Fitness class schedule (all classes begin at noon)

  • Mondays: Yoga in the Delaware Hall Gymnasium
  • Tuesdays: Run, Ride, and Reps in Delaware Hall room 075-A (lower level)
  • Wednesdays: Yoga in the Delaware Hall Gymnasium
  • Thursdays: Strength and Stretch: in Delaware Hall room 075-A (lower level)

Note: Masks must be worn during the entire fitness session. Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and all equipment will be properly cleaned and sanitized. Class descriptions and costs are listed on the CRW webpage.
