Open Enrollment approaching

The start of Open Enrollment for employees who receive health benefits is just over one month away. In preparation, the Benefits team in Human Resources is working with our carriers to provide a series of virtual presentations. It is your opportunity to evaluate benefit options for you and your family.

Open Enrollment will be held Saturday, May 1 through Monday, May 31. Below you’ll find a series of virtual sessions where you can learn about benefit options, how to maximize benefits, and ask our vendors direct questions. Click the session link to join the Teams meeting or register. 

• CancerBridge – Tuesday, April 6 at 11 a.m. CancerBridge session
• MetLife – Thursday, April 8 at noon MetLife session
• Allstate Identity Protection – Tuesday, April 13 at 1 p.m. (Allstate registration)  
• Nationwide Pet Insurance – Tuesday, April 20 at 11 a.m. Nationwide session
• Matrix – Wednesday, April 21 at 1 p.m. Matrix session
• United Health Care – Thursday, April 22 at 1 p.m. UHC session
• Delta Dental – Wednesday, April 28 at 1 p.m. DeltaDental session

VSP – Thursday, April 29 at noon VSP session

Go to https://csccbenefits.hrintouch.com/ and log in to:

• Review your current elections to make sure they fit you and/or your family today
• Review your beneficiary/beneficiaries
   

What you can do beginning May 1
Go to https://csccbenefits.hrintouch.com/ and log in to:

• Enroll in or update your benefits, if making a change
• Enroll/reenroll in the Flexible Spending Account
• Update the spousal survey/affidavit if you have a spouse on your medical plan
