Personalized Blackboard consultation or training

The Digital Education & Instructional Services (DEIS) Faculty Assistance Center is now offering one-on-one Blackboard consultation services.

The trainings are:

• Customized for your individual needs 
• ffered on days and times that are convenient to you
• Using Microsoft Teams
• Available from 2 hours or up to 30 days in advance
   

Schedule a half-hour training session to:

• Ask any questions about Blackboard
• Troubleshoot a specific Blackboard problem
• Receive training on a Blackboard function or feature
• Organize and manage your Blackboard Grade Center
• There are also one-on-one training sessions for Zoom, Collaborate and Kaltura/My Media
