Distinguished Full Professor nominations now open

The Distinguished Full Professor Award recognizes faculty who were promoted to Full Professor in autumn semester 2015 or earlier, and who perform their duties in an exemplary manner through service, scholarship, innovation, leadership, and other professorial achievements. The award is intended to recognize those full professors whom faculty should emulate and reward outstanding leadership.

Nominations from both Columbus State colleagues and the faculty member’s broader professional community will be accepted. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 6. Nominees will be screened by a selection committee of their peers based on a narrative summary they submit of their work and confidential letters of support solicited by the candidate.
