Take a 15-minute Brain Break each Wednesday

“Brain Breaks” with Grace Edwards, a College Recreation & Wellness specialist, are held each Wednesday from 12:30-12:45 p.m.

New for Spring Semester, a Brain Break will also be held at the same time on the First Monday of each month: February 1, March 1, April 5, and May 3.

Edwards says, “This 15-minute session serves as a break from the daily happenings of classes, meetings, etc. Each session will go through breathing exercises along with seated and standing stretches, all of which can be done right at your desk. Leaving your workspace and changing locations is also encouraged. Pick whichever option helps you feel more at ease.”
