Volunteer at the Pop-Up Call Center

The Pop-Up Call Center for spring semester is now open, and there is still a need for callers. The Call Center is designed to encourage current students who have not registered to do so now. The first Call Center this summer resulted in nearly 800 additional students registering for classes. That represented three percent of our enrollment for the current term. The Center operates Tuesdays through Thursdays until Thanksgiving.

Academic and financial aid advisors will be in the room for calls requiring expertise on key issues, so callers will have good resources on hand to answer questions. Snacks and beverages will be provided to callers. An easy-access scheduling page is available here; please register for as many one-hour blocks as you can. Encourage colleagues to do the same.
