Open Enrollment Q & A

The online enrollment portal is now open, allowing all benefit-eligible employees to make health care benefit selections during Open Enrollment.

You can access the portal with any device that has Internet connectivity. Once you have created your username and password, you can enroll on the website or through the BenefitFocus mobile app. Instructions for account creation and mobile app installation are attached to this email.

Please enroll and make your elections by Friday, May 31.

Go all the way through all benefits until you receive the confirmation a message with the survey and number. Two common questions that Human Resources has received, along with the answers are below.

Question: I’ve uploaded my spousal affidavit and my 1040. Way can I only see one document?

Answer: Go to Document Center, set the “Filter by Status” to “All Documents” and you will be able to see all the documents that you have loaded.

Question: I think I’m done, how do I know?

Aanswer: You will receive a confirm number at the end of the enrollment. Please make sure that you enroll or decline each and every benefit.
