Weather Info for Events

Weather Information for events scheduled with Conference and Event Services must follow the delay or cancellation schedule of the college. Delay or cancellation information will be communicated by the Special Programs and Events Office to the contact for each group as soon as decisions have been made.

It is the contact‘s responsibility to alert participants of delays or cancellations.

If inclement weather is a factor, please listen to a decision made by the college on any of these media outlets listed below.

If the college is closed or evacuated all events will be cancelled. The college reserves the right to determine the cancellation of any event.
