Event space may be requested up to one year prior to event date. We recommend that
you complete a request form as soon as you know what date, time, and the number of
attendees you anticipate.
Contact your Columbus State Conference and Event Services team at 614-287-5500 if
the number of attendees has changed because it can affect the set-up of the room.
If applicable, you should also contact the caterer to ensure that there will be the
proper amount of food at your event.
In the event of a meeting cancellation, please notify the Columbus State Conference
and Event Services department at 614.287.5500 at least three (3) days before the event
date. A cancellation fee may apply.
