Franklin County Technology & Facilities Fee Rebate request

In 2020, Franklin County voters approved Issue 21 to update and modernize Columbus State’s Franklin County, Ohio facilities and technology infrastructure. As a result, the college approved that Franklin County, Ohio students who apply and meet the eligibility requirements will receive a $20 rebate for their Technology & Facilities Fee.

Eligibility Requirements  

• Be a resident of Franklin County, Ohio.
• Completed between at least 4 to 14 credit hours during the semester. 
• Student or financial aid (not including an employer/agency sponsor) paid at least $20 of the Technology & Facilities Fee.  
• Does not owe a balance at the time of application for the term being requested.
