Columbus State students are invited to reflect on the eight dimensions of wellness and how each is related to student success!

When you attend at least three of the four sessions, you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card (Amazon or Uber). The first five students to submit a post evaluation form for any of the four sessions will receive a $10 e-gift card from Starbucks.

Session 1 – Social & Environmental
"Get to know the SEI Staff & How to get Involved" will be held live on Tuesday, February 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. ( Event link) You may also watch the recording on the SEI YouTube channel. (It will be uploaded by February 4.) Students must submit the post-evaluation form at this link to receive a gift card. 

Session 2 – Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual
“Mindfulness & Movement” will be held live Wednesday, February 9 from 9 to 9:30 a.m. (Event link) You may also watch the recording on the SEI YouTube channel. (It will be uploaded by February11.) Students must submit the post-evaluation form at this link to receive a gift card. 

The deadline to submit a post-evaluation form for sessions 1 and 2 is Friday, February 25 at 9 p.m. Stay tuned to Cougar Connect for information about session 3 and 4.
