IT has crucial reminders and updates for students beginning Summer Semester. This includes anyone needing assistance with technical support, device support appointments, Computer Commons lab access, Office 365, or Wi-Fi on campus.

  • Technical support: If you need technical support or have questions about our services, call the IT Support Center at 614-287-5050 or email helpdesk@cscc.edu. You can also go to cscc.edu/ithelp to submit a service request or review answers to frequently asked questions in our Knowledge Base.
  • Device support appointments: If you have trouble with your device, you can schedule an in-person appointment to get assistance from a technician. Review cscc.edu/itsc for more details.
  • Computer Commons lab access: Beginning June 1, the Computer Commons will be open for students who need access to a computer or printer. To visit the lab, you must schedule a time to come in. Computer appointments (50 minutes) and print-only appointments (10 minutes) are both available. Review cscc.edu/itsc for more details. (Computer Commons is located on the ground level of the Center for Technology and Learning building - also known as the TL building.)
  •  Office 365: Do you need Office 365 to complete your schoolwork? Current students can install Office on personal devices for free beginning on the first day of the semester. Review this KB article for detailed instructions.
  •  Wi-Fi on campus: Current students and employees should use the "CSCC" network for best performance. Log in using your Columbus State email address and password. The "CSCC-Visitor" network is intended for users who do not have an account. Review the appropriate KB article for device-specific instructions.
