Information session for online resources was a success

“Start Strong: Get to know your Online Resources” was an online information session hosted by IT and Student Central on September 2. The learning opportunity was designed to inform students and the employees who assist them in accessing important resources. Attendee feedback makes it clear the session was a success.

The goal was to provide a brief look at getting started with Blackboard, CougarWeb, and Self-Service, along with an overview of online resources and virtual student services that can be accessed. The session was presented by Michelle Guendelsberger in IT and Jessica Plannick in Student Central.
