In-person support from IT Frontliners

The IT Frontliners will be providing in-person IT support to students for Autumn Semester. The support will be available beginning Tuesday, September 8 in the Cyber Cafe in the lobby of the TL building.

The Frontliners can assist with: 

  • Laptop and hardware issues
  • Installation of approved software
  • WIFI connectivity issues
  • Accessing your CSCC email  
  • And more

A mask must be worn for service. Technicians follow best practices in the social distancing and health protocols. To ensure your safety, a limited number of appointments are available.
