Looking for an Internship?

Student News | Tuesday, October 16, 2018

The National Association of College and Employers describes an internship as, “A form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. They give students the opportunity to gain valuable experience and make connections in professional career fields they are considering while giving employers the opportunity to guide and evaluate talent.”

Internships are a proven way to gain relevant knowledge, skills, and experience while establishing important connections in the field. They are a way to gain practical and meaningful experience that can make you more marketable in a job search. Internships can also lead to continued employment with an employer while earning college credit.
