Sending Your Test Scores
Note: Official transcripts must be received directly from the institution where the credit was earned. We also need to receive standardized test scores (like ACT, SAT, or IB) directly from those companies. We do not accept PDF transcripts sent from a student’s personal account or Columbus State student email account.

Note: You must have a high school transcript on file for Financial Aid.

Types of Test Scores
ACT
Must be sent directly from the American College Testing database. Visit act.org, click on “Register, view scores and more” and follow the prompts to request that your scores be sent to Columbus State (College Code: 3261).
NOTE: Scores from ACT tests completed more than two years ago will not be accepted.
ACT Test Scores: Sending Your Scores
SAT
Must be sent directly from the College Board. Visit sat.org and click on “Send scores to colleges” and follow the prompts to request that your scores be sent to Columbus State (College Code: 1148).

AP Scores
Must be sent directly from the College Board. Visit collegeboard.org, click on “AP” in the top navigation bar and follow the prompts to have your scores sent to Columbus State.
International Baccalaureate
CLEP Scores
The following may be sent for consideration of previously earned math college credit: Calculus with Elementary Functions; College Mathematics. Visit clep.collegeboard.org and search for “CLEP transcript” to download the form required to request that your scores be sent to Columbus State (College Code 1148).
