Columbus State's Academic Advising team provides personalized support to guide students through their academic journey. With specialized Pathway and General Academic Advisors, we offer strategic and proactive assistance, connecting you to resources and fostering a sense of belonging. Our comprehensive and holistic approach addresses academic, career, and personal success.

Advising Central
Location: Aquinas Hall 116
Operating Hours
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Drop-In Hours (For quick questions, 10-15 minutes maximum)
Please note that advising may end earlier than the scheduled time if we reach our daily student capacity.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday – Friday (Last sign-in is at 1:45 p.m.)
4-7 p.m. Wednesday (Last sign-in is at 6:30 p.m.)
Advising Units
Advisors, including Pathways Advisors, are assigned based on academic area. Select your advising area to connect with an advisor and gain access to additional resources.

Transient / Guest Students
Help for students who are enrolled at another college but taking a class at Columbus State, or for students who are taking selected classes for personal interest but not seeking a degree.
