Theatre Columbus State to perform July 15-18

Theatre Columbus State will perform “The Smell of the Kill” by Michele Lowe for its Summer Semester production. The dark comedy centers on three women and their husbands who have once-a-month dinners together. During an occasion when the three women begin talking among themselves while their husbands are in another room, they discover their marriages are all on the rocks. When the men mistakenly lock themselves in a basement meat locker, the women must decide whether to leave them out in the cold for good! Directed by Frank Barnhart. The play will be performed in the Mitchell Hall Culinary Theater at 250 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Monday, July 15, through Thursday, July 18, at 7 p.m. nightly. Admission is free.

Snack boxes will be available for purchase along with a  cash bar in Degrees restaurant, down the hall from the Culinary Theater, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. ahead of each performance.
