Community Outreach - Proctoring Service
Individuals
looking for a testing site to have an exam monitored may request
this service. Staff of the Testing Center will proctor a
non-Columbus State Community College student's exam from another
college/university. These exams will be administered and proctored
in the Testing Center for a fee of $25.00 per exam. All requests
must be made prior to the last ten days of the quarter.
You must
complete and email a Proctor Service Request Form BEFORE
having your non-CSCC exam sent. After
the exam is received from the institution, it may take THREE to
FIVE DAYS to process the exam for administration. If you have not
received a call verifying the receipt and processing of your exam,
please call the
Testing
Center at 614-287-2478
before reporting to take the exam.

When your form
is received, you will be called to confirm information.

Once the exam
is received, a second call will be made to confirm you still plan
to pay for and report on campus to take the exam. (Your exam
will be “packaged” and placed at the front desk until you arrive
to take it.)
WHEN CALLING THE TESTING CENTER TO MAKE AN INQUIRY REGARDING THE
RECEIPT OF YOUR EXAM:
Inform staff
that you are inquiring about your non-CSCC
exam being proctored and/or received, refer to yourself as a
“community outreach” student.
