To request a transcript from Columbus State Community College a student must complete the Transcript Request Form and submit the completed form along with the appropriate payment.
The amount of the payment is designated on the form. The address to mail or bring the payment and the telephone number to fax the payment are listed at the top of the form. In-person payment may be made at the Cashier's Office, Rhodes Hall, Upper Level.
A transcript request will not be processed if the student has an outstanding balance or other restriction on their record. A letter will be sent to the student informing them of any restriction which must be rectified before a transcript may be released.
A request will not be held for current term course grades or grade changes in progress. It is the student's responsibility to check their unofficial transcript for the posting of grades prior to submitting the request. Any course(s) 'in progress' will not be reflected on the transcript.
