Residency Status for In-State Tuition Purposes

If a student is designated as an out-of-state resident, he or she may qualify for in-state residency by meeting certain qualifications. The process to determine in-state residency for tuition purposes is very detailed and lengthy. Students will need to meet with an Ohio Residency Officer in Madison Hall, Room 225, so that the Residency Application and Required Documentation can be submitted in person.  Residency determination must be approved prior to the first day of the academic term for which the student desires reclassification to be effective.

The deadlines to apply for in-state residency are:

Spring Semester 2013 January 14, 2013
Summer Semester 2013

May 20, 2013

Autumn Semester 2013 August 21, 2013
