We offer two programs in the exciting world of real estate:

Real Estate

As a real estate agent, you can sell the American Dream of homeownership. Our curriculum complies with the standards established by the State of Ohio.

Certificate or degree: Columbus State offers the four-course certificate needed to take your real estate exam. If you want to round out your education, we also offer a 2-year associate's degree in Real Estate.

Appraisal

We offer a series of courses that allow you to enter and rise through the field of Appraisal.

Columbus State offers the three-course sequence needed to become a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Assistant. Continuing your education, you can become a licensed appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser with an associate degree or a Certified General Appraiser with a bachelor degree.
