Program Overview

Nationwide_logo_smallWith leadership and support from Nationwide, the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship is an opportunity for students to earn a high-quality, debt-free college degree from Columbus State Community College while working in a paid, part-time role with Nationwide Financial Services. Over the course of five semesters, apprentices will earn their Associate Degree from Columbus State, gain hands-on experience in the financial industry, and be mentored by a Nationwide employee to guide and advocate for them as they progress through the program.

Program Benefits

You'll earn:

  • An industry-recognized Associate of Applied Science degree
  • Approximately 1,600  hours of on-the-job training, mentorship, and work experience
  • $21 an hour average pay while an apprentice in the program
  • Exclusive access to interviews for full-time opportunities upon program completion
  • Career readiness & professional development training
