Program Overview
With leadership and support from Nationwide, the Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship is an opportunity for students to earn a high-quality, debt-free college degree from Columbus State Community College while working in a paid, part-time role with Nationwide Financial Services. Over the course of five semesters, apprentices will earn their Associate Degree from Columbus State, gain hands-on experience in the financial industry, and be mentored by a Nationwide employee to guide and advocate for them as they progress through the program.

Program Benefits
You'll earn:
- An industry-recognized Associate of Applied Science degree
- Approximately 1,600 hours of on-the-job training, mentorship, and work experience
- $21 an hour average pay while an apprentice in the program

Eligible academic programs include:
- Accounting AAS
- Business Office Administration- Administrative Assistant AAS
- Business Management AAS
- Finance AAS
- Marketing AAS

- Ability to work in the United States
- Eligible to participate in Columbus Promise beginning Autumn 2023 semester
- Attended Northland, Linden McKinley, or Walnut Ridge high schools
