Transfer To Columbus State
Many students start somewhere else, then transfer to Columbus State to take advantage of our small class sizes, low tuition, or simply to be closer to home.
Columbus State welcomes new students transferring from many colleges and universities. If you are transferring to CSCC, please be sure to follow the step by step Get Started Guide.
It is very important that you submit your official college transcripts (sealed, unopened) as soon as possible to allow our Records and Registration Department sufficient time to evaluate your transcripts.
You will receive an email notification to your Columbus State email when your transcripts have been evaluated. Once your transcripts have been evaluated, you will be able to view credits awarded to you in your unofficial transcript under your academic profile in CougarWeb. You will sign-in to CougarWeb with your CSCC Username and password.
Once your transfer credits have been posted, please call 614-287-5353 to schedule an appointment with an advisor to discuss your next steps, or, contact your academic or faculty advisor from the Advisor Directory:
Like all students, transfer student should check their student email and CougarWeb regularly.
