IMPORTANT: GroupWise was a local system so you were only required to enter your username. Microsoft Outlook is not a local system so you will need to enter your entire address (username@cscc.edu) when logging in to the system.

Outlook Web Access users:

  • You can access the web version of Outlook by opening your web browser and entering the web address: outlook.com/cscc.edu. You will be directed to an Office 365 site where you will need to enter your Columbus State email address (username@cscc.edu) and password. Any bookmarks that you set up to connect you to the GroupWise web app will need to be deleted and a new bookmark created with the outlook.com/cscc.edu website address.

Windows Users:

  • Once your account has been migrated to the new Office 365 system, you will be able to login to Outlook directly using the Outlook icon on your campus desktop computer. You will be automatically connected to your mailbox at its new location.
  • If you use a Columbus State-owned laptop, but haven’t brought it to campus recently, you will need to follow the instructions for Windows users in the At Home section.

Mac Users:

  • You will need to update your mail client to reconnect to your mailbox on Office 365 using these directions for Outlook 2011.
