PSEO DATES AND DEADLINES

Autumn Quarter 2009

    PSEO Application deadline – June 3, 2009 (**Aug. 12, 2009 – late consideration**)

        Scheduling dates for PSEO students: July 27 – Sept. 4, 2009 by 12noon. ***

                Books may be picked up after September 9, 2009 by the PSEO student with a photo ID and a copy of his/her schedule.

All schedule changes must be completed by 11:00 PM on Wednesday September 30, 2009 to avoid a 'W' on your transcript. (Your Underage Change Form must be in our office by 4:00 PM on Wednesday September 30, 2009 so your scheduling restriction may be lifted.)

 

Winter Quarter 2010

    PSEO Application deadline – October 7, 2009* (No late consideration)

        Scheduling dates for PSEO students: Oct. 26- Dec. 4, 2009 by 12noon. ***

                Books may be picked up after December 21, 2009 by the PSEO student with a photo ID and a copy of his/her schedule.

                Any incomplete (I) incurred during the Autumn Quarter must be resolved by 11:00 PM on Sunday January 10, 2010.

All class drops must be completed by 11:00 PM on Sunday January 10, 2010 to avoid a charge on your account. (Your Underage Change Form must be in our office by 4:00 PM on Friday January 8, 2010 so your scheduling restriction may be lifted.) To avoid a 'W' on your CSCC transcript, your class drops must be made by 11:00PM on Monday January 18, 2010. (Your Underage Change Form must be in our office by 4:00 PM on Friday January 15, 2010 so your scheduling restriction may be lifted.)

 

Spring Quarter 2010

    PSEO Application deadline - January 13, 2010* (No late consideration)

        Scheduling dates for PSEO students: Feb. 1 -March 12, 2010 by 12noon. ***

                Books may be picked up after March 15, 2010 by the PSEO student with a photo ID and a copy of his/her schedule.

                Any incomplete (I) incurred during the Winter Quarter must be resolved by 4:30 PM on Monday April 5, 2010.

All class drops must be completed by 11:00 PM on Sunday April 4, 2010 to avoid a charge on your account. (Your Underage Change Form must be in our office by 4:00 PM on Friday April 2, 2010 so your scheduling restriction may be lifted.) To avoid a 'W' on your CSCC transcript, your class drops must be made by 11:00PM on Monday April 12, 2010. (Your Underage Change Form must be in our office by 4:00 PM on Monday April 12, 2010 so your scheduling restriction may be lifted.)

*The PSEO application with a current high school transcript must be in our office by the deadline date and meet the preliminary qualifications by this date.

**Some classes will be full by this date.

***It is the student’s responsibility to be scheduled by 12noon on the last day of EACH PSEO scheduling date.
