AQIP - Vital Focus
The Vital Focus process helped define our goals for the AQIP process.
Vital Focus began with our Constellation Survey, which told us where we are and what we still need to do. After the Constellation Survey, we came together for Conversation Day on Oct. 25, 2006, to raise concerns and discuss solutions. Suggestions gathered at Conversation Day formed the basis for our first AQIP Action Projects.
