Purpose

• Selecting an initial set of Action Projects that strengthen an institution’s commitment to continuous improvement

• Educating and motivating faculty, staff, and administrators to improve the systems and processes that will make the institution more successful in achieving its goals; and planning how to integrate other AQIP activities, both Annual Updates and the preparation of a Systems Portfolio, into the organization’s improvement agenda.
