Perkins earns doctorate
Antoinette Perkins earned her Ph.D. from Capella University in Higher Education with a Specialization in Leadership in September 2009. Her dissertation research was: "Accreditation Benefits Whom: A Study of Accreditation and Massage Therapy Licensure in the State of Ohio." Perkins said that her research quantitatively explored if there was a proportional difference between massage therapy programs’ licensure success based on the presence or absence of institutional accreditation. Her study explored the curricular regulation of the State Medical Board of Ohio in terms of licensure success.

Auto lab has openings for steering, brakes
The Automotive Technology Lab will be scheduling lab work for the Auto 145- Advanced Steering and Suspension class. If your car is 10 years or newer and vibrating while in motion and your foot is off of the brake, or it pulls to one side, makes unusual noises while turning or going over a bump, or you have a TPMS light on (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), then the Auto 145 class may be able to help

The Automotive Technology Lab will also be scheduling lab work for the Auto 155- Advanced Brake class. If your car is 10 years or newer and is squeaking, making unusual noises, pulling to one side, vibrating while the brakes are being applied, or you have little to no brake pedal, then the Auto 155 class may be able to help.
