Fee waivers due ThursdayEmployee/dependent fee waivers for Spring Quarter 2008 must be submitted to the Human Resources office by 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, to guarantee that they are processed before late fees are assessed.

Learn how continuous improvement tools can make a positive impact on your work. Tools such as the Relations Diagram, Matrix Diagrams and Control charts can help you streamline processes that you touch daily.
During the hour-long session, Stan Jensen, systems expert, will share how to use one or two tools. He will also apply the tool to an actual Columbus State system. Jensen is a dynamic and fun speaker, and you will enjoy his sessions.
The session is offered from 8–9 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, in Nestor Hall Seminar B.
New Student Ambassadors being recruited nowDo you know a student who would be a great Student Ambassador? The James Mobile Mammography Unit will be on our campus June 11 from 9 a.m.– 4 p.m. To make an appointment for a mammogram, call mammography services to schedule an appointment at (800) 240-4477 or (614) 293-4455. Please call at least three weeks in advance to schedule your appointment.
The American Cancer Society guidelines state that women over 40 should have an annual mammogram. Take advantage of this quality, convenient service being offered this month. Eligibility criteria: not pregnant, not nursing, asymptomatic, no breast implants, no previous breast cancer. You must be at least 35 years old to have a mammogram. Women between the ages of 35–39 must have a written prescription from their doctor.
