The Heart of Ohio Tech Prep Consortium is part of the larger organization, Ohio Tech Prep which is part of The Ohio Department of Education and The Ohio Board of Regents. Our mission is to create strategic partnerships between students, parents, educators and business to develop a dynamic workforce in the seven county area that we serve, ultimately creating a talented workforce and abundant career opportunities.
