Friday, December 29, 2006 at 12:01 AM (Web and CATS systems will be disabled at 11:00 PM on Thursday, December 28, 2006.  Service will be restored Friday, December 29, 2006 at 8:00 AM.)

Monday, January 18, 2007 at 7:30 PM (Web and CATS systems will be disabled at 7:30 PM on Monday, January 8, 2007.  Service will be restored Tuesday, January 9, 2007 by 8:00 AM.)

Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at 11:00 PM (Web and CATS systems will be disabled at 11:00 PM on Tuesday, January 16, 2007.  Service will be restored Wednesday, December 17, 2006 by 8:00 AM.)
