Presentations Division of Media Services

The Presentation Division of Media Services provides audio, visual, and presentation support. This division is also available for presentation and event consultation. Additionally, this division keeps a wide variety of equipment that is available for checkout to Faculty and Staff.

Event

We provide audio-visual support for large and small events on campus. We support the presentation needs of the Center for Workforce Development, Nestor Hall Auditorium, and several other presentation facilities on campus.

Classroom

The Presentation Division's main function is delivering audio-visual equipment to classrooms. Training is available on how to use smart classrooms and any equipment available for delivery or checkout.

Checkout

The Presentation Division keeps a wide variety of equipment available for checkout. Laptops, LCD projectors, cameras, powerpoint remotes, and much more is available for use to faculty and staff at Columbus State Community College. The Presentation Division requires proof of employment at CSCC and a 24 hour notice to check equipment out.

Training

The Presentation Division is available on the proper use of all equipment that Media Services offers. Appointments can be made for training, we provide large scale training and individual training.

Consultation

The Presentation Division is available to help all departments on campus make sound decisions about audio-visual equipment purchases.

Podcasting

The Presentation Division is available to assist in audiocapturing for lecture series. We can provide training and equipment.

Emerging Technologies

The Presentation Division is always researching, testing, and reviewing new technologies and new ways to approach a successful experience for the students, faculty, and staff at CSCC
