Mission

Media Services, a division of Information Technnology, provides the community of Columbus State with multi-media based information technology resources to support teaching, learning, and other appropriate objectives in alignment with the college's mission, vision, and goals.

Media services offers a diverse selection of production, consultation, and equipment for improvement of the college's mission, vision, and goals while removing artificial barriers to teaching and learning where they exist.

Faculty and staff can check out equipment or request additional available services as required, as well as receive instruction and consultation from experienced staff.

Our staff of technical and creative professionals is dedicated to the development and implementation of appropriate applications of media and information technologies to meet user needs. Media Services provides technical and creative services on a fee for service basis to outside parties visiting campus.
