Course Request Forms
PSEO Change Form - only to be used if you intend to drop or change sections of a currently scheduled
class. Submit a revised Course Request Form if you need to add a class before the PSEO scheduling
Registration Add/Drop Form - a Records and Registration form used for adding or dropping classes. Use this if you are unable to add or drop a class online only after submitting a PSEO Change Form to the PSEO Office.
