Meditation Room

Union Hall Room 143

eric3
In an effort to support the holistic wellness of students and employees (which includes spiritual wellness), Columbus State Community College has created a space for meditation, reflection and/or prayer. The purpose of this space is to provide an accommodation for individual spiritual needs. It has been scientifically proven that there are physiological, mental and cognitive benefits to meditation. Our vision is that utilization of the meditation room will allow students and employees to explore a time and place of peace and refuge while learning and working.
