Men's Basketball

Columbus State’s men’s basketball coach Pat Carlisle set the bar high by taking his team to the Division II National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) national tournament two years in a row (2008 & 2009).

Following a modestly successful season last year, he’s shooting for another trip to the championship contest. In the 2011-2012 season, the Cougars went 25-5, winning the conference championship.  

This year makes Coach Carlisle's 7th year at Columbus State. In the past 6 seasons, no junior college in Ohio has won more games than Columbus State.

Play-by-play announcers will add commentary to the action on the hardwood. All home games and practices are in the Delaware Hall Gymnasium at the southeast corner of Cleveland Avenue and Grove Street in Columbus.
